SANTIAGO MILIAN A/K/A SANTIAGO JIMENEZ, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. THE STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
Upon consideration of pro se Appellant/Petitioner's Motion for Rehearing, the Motion is denied. The petition for writ of mandamus, filed on January 17, 2023, would be considered legally insufficient to grant mandamus relief because it lacks specificity as to the services pro se Appellant/Petitioner requested and was denied, which may constitute a ministerial duty of the Department of Corrections.
Pro se Appellant/Petitioner may file a legally sufficient petition for a writ of mandamus in the circuit court that has jurisdiction over Walton Correctional Institution.
FERNANDEZ, C.J., and LOGUE and LINDSEY, JJ., concur.
