Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Certiorari, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby dismissed as legally insufficient, untimely as to the order entered on January 19, 2023, and duplicative of the appeal filed in case no. 3D23-323, wherein the pro se petitioner has filed a Notice of Appeal of the order denying the petition for writ of mandamus, which the pro se petitioner alleges was rendered on January 19, 2023, and is the same order which is referred to in the Petition.
