DORINDA JOY ROTTENBERGER, Petitioner, v. JONATHAN JAVIER MARTINEZ, Respondent.
Dorinda Rottenberger, the former wife, seeks certiorari review of two orders rendered by the circuit court on July 15, 2022: the “Second Amended Order Requiring the Attendance of the Minor Children, H.G.M., A Female Born in July of 2009 and G.J.M., a Male Born in October of 2012 at Turning Points for Families Program” and the “Order Granting Petitioner/Former Husband's Verified Emergency Motion for Contempt and Enforcement.” To the extent that the orders are reviewable under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130(a)(3)(C)(iii), we treat the certiorari petition as an appeal and dismiss in part as moot and affirm in part without comment. In all other respects, we dismiss as moot the petition for writ of certiorari.
Affirmed in part; dismissed in part.
