MARK BARTLETT, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. THE STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
Upon consideration, the petitioner's Request for Oral Argument is hereby denied.
Following review of the Amended Petition for Writ of Prohibition, and the Response and Reply thereto, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied. The trial court properly denied the petitioner's motion to dismiss. The trial court heard testimony from the petitioner, the arresting officer, and the witnesses, over a two (2)-day period, and found that there was competent substantial evidence to support the trial court's ruling.
LINDSEY, HENDON and LOBREE, JJ., concur.
