Upon the Court's own motion, it is ordered that this appeal from the Florida Department of Revenue, Child Support Program, is dismissed for failure to comply with this Court's Order dated January 10, 2023, and with the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure.
The Department of Revenue's Motion to Strike Initial Brief is hereby rendered moot upon dismissal. Should pro se Appellant pay the filing fee and the case is reinstated, the Court will address the Motion to Strike Initial Brief.
