Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied. See State v. Richardson, 915 So. 2d 86, 89 (Fla. 2005) (sanction of probation is “sentence” for purposes of applying the sequential conviction requirement of the habitual felony offender statute).
