Upon consideration of Appellee/Respondent's Motion to Dismiss Appeal, filed in response to this Court's January 3, 2023, Order, as well as pro se Appellant/Petitioner's Response to the Motion to Dismiss Appeal, jurisdiction is hereby relinquished to the trial court, nunc pro tunc to January 3, 2023. The county court's January 3, 2023, order transferring the entire case below to the circuit court is recognized. This Court notes that the county court's January 3, 2023, order grants pro se Appellant/Petitioner all of the relief that he was seeking with respect to the remaining orders of the county court.
Upon consideration of the county court order of January 3, 2023, transferring the entire case below to the circuit court, this proceeding stands dismissed as moot.
