MICHELLE LILLIE, Appellant, v. REEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE APPEALS COMMISSION and MAGICAL CRUISE COMPANY LIMITED, Appellees.
The Court dismisses this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Appellant filed a notice of appeal on September 6, 2022, seeking review of a final order rendered on June 23, 2022. Because the notice of appeal was not filed within thirty days of rendition of the order to be reviewed, the appeal is untimely and must be dismissed. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.110(c); First Nat'l Bank in Fort Myers v. Fla. Unemployment Appeals Comm'n, 461 So. 2d 208, 208 (Fla. 1st DCA 1984) (“Failure to file any notice within the 30-day period constitutes an irremediable jurisdictional defect.”).
PER CURIAM.
B.L. THOMAS, OSTERHAUS, and KELSEY, JJ., concur.
