Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby dismissed. See Richardson v. State, 918 So. 2d 999 (Fla. 5th DCA 2006) (Dismissal is the appropriate disposition of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus that raises claims that should have been raised on direct appeal or in a motion for post conviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.).
