AYINDE CRESPO, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. 7-ELEVEN, INC., et al., Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
Appellant filed a Motion for Extension of Time to file the initial brief, which sought an extension of time to December 1, 2022, despite the fact that this Court's prior Orders warned that no further extensions would be allowed, and that the filing of a motion would not toll the time for filing the initial brief as ordered. As of the date of this Order, Appellant has yet to file an initial brief. Appellee 7-Eleven, Inc., has filed a Response, opposed the requested extension of time, and moved for dismissal of this appeal.
Upon this Court's own motion, and upon the Motion of the appellee 7-Eleven, Inc., this appeal is hereby dismissed for the reasons articulated herein.
FERNANDEZ, C.J., and LINDSEY and LOBREE, JJ., concur.
