Pro se Petitioner seeks an order mandating the trial court to rule on his August 18, 2021, demand to vacate judgment. Pursuant to this Court's Order of April 12, 2022, the respondent filed a Response and an Appendix containing a copy of the trial court's order issued on April 26, 2022, denying pro se Petitioner's demand to vacate judgment.
Upon consideration, the pro se Petition for Writ of Mandamus is hereby denied as moot.
