Because Appellant's Notice of Appeal was filed more than thirty (30) days after the appellee's issuance of its Notice of Decision, the Court is compelled to grant Appellee's Motion to Dismiss, and the Court dismisses the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.110(b).
