Upon consideration, the Notice of Appeal in this case is treated as a motion to enforce the mandate in case no. 3D18-175, and said motion is granted. The order under review is hereby reversed, and the cause is remanded for the trial court to conduct an evidentiary hearing pursuant to Williams v. State, 255 So. 3d 464 (Fla. 3d DCA 2018).
