ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL, INC., d/b/a St. Joseph's Hospital, Petitioner, v. Kathryn D. WILSON and Travis W. Wilson Respondents.
The petition for writ of certiorari is denied on the merits. See Topps v. State, 865 So. 2d 1253, 1258 (Fla. 2004) (holding that an appellate decision denying a petition for writ seeking extraordinary relief “on the merits” will preclude the litigant from raising the same issue again); Coleman v. Inch, 329 So. 3d 263, 264 (Fla. 1st DCA 2021) (applying Topps in denying a petition for writ of certiorari on the merits to establish a preclusive effect).
Petition denied.
PER CURIAM.
NORTHCUTT, ROTHSTEIN-YOUAKIM, and STARGEL, JJ., Concur.
