Pursuant to Appellee's confession of error based on MRI Associates of Tampa, Inc. v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance, 46 Fla. L. Weekly S379 (Fla. Dec. 9, 2021), reh'g denied, No. SC18-1390, 2022 WL 168291 (Fla. Jan. 19, 2022), and our own review of the record, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
