Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Mandamus, and the Responses and Reply thereto, it is ordered that the pro se Petition is granted.

Respondent shall, within ten (10) days from the date of this Order, render an order disposing of pro se Petitioner's pending “Motion for Rehearing and/or Reconsideration and Other Relief,” filed on March 12, 2020.

The Court withholds formal issuance of the writ, subject to the lower tribunal's compliance with this Order.
