Shannon ROSE, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. CRESPI OWNER, LLC, etc., Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).
Upon review of pro se Appellant's response to this Court's September 13, 2021, Order to show cause as to why the appeal should not be dismissed as one taken from a non-final, non-appealable order, and upon further consideration of pro se Appellant's failure to identify a provision of the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure that permits an interlocutory review of the order or orders appealed, and this Court's independent determination that the order or orders appealed are non-final, non-appealable orders, this Court hereby dismisses the appeal as one taken from a non-final, non-appealable order.
FERNANDEZ, C.J., and LOGUE and BOKOR, JJ., concur.
