Alabama, 567 U.S. 460, 132 S.Ct. 2455, 183 L.Ed.2d 407 (2012), do not apply to offenders eighteen years of age or older at the time of the offense. Jean-Michel v. State, 96 So. 3d 1043, 1045 (Fla. 4th DCA 2012).
