Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, and the Response and Reply thereto, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied.
Petitioner is hereby ordered to show cause, within forty-five (45) days from the date of this Order, why he should not be prohibited from submitting any further pro se filing with this Court relating to circuit court case numbers F14-22398 and F14-22399. Absent a showing of good cause, the Clerk of the Third District Court of Appeal will be directed to refuse any paper relating to circuit court case numbers F14-22398 and F14-22399, unless it has been reviewed and signed by an attorney who is a duly licensed member of The Florida Bar in good standing. See State v. Spencer, 751 So. 2d 47 (Fla. 1999).
