Frank FERRER, Appellant(s)/petitioner(s), v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee(s)/respondent(s).
The Court notes that Appellant placed his Notice of Appeal in the hands of prison officials for mailing on May 25, 2021, thirty-four (34) days after the trial court order was rendered. Consequently, the appeal of the trial court order is untimely and therefore dismissed, without prejudice to the filing of a petition for belated appeal that complies with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c).
FERNANDEZ, C.J., and HENDON and GORDO, JJ., concur.
