Upon consideration, Appellant/Cross-Appellee RDR Seashore, LLC's Motion to Dismiss Appeal and Cross-Appeal as Moot is granted.

I would grant Appellant's Motion to the extent it seeks to dismiss its own appeal of the trial court's December 22, 2020, bond order, but would deny the Motion to the extent it seeks to dismiss Appellee's cross-appeal of the order.
