Obany COELLON-ROCA, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.
We affirm the revocation of Obany Coellon-Roca's probation and his resulting thirty-month prison sentence without comment. We note, however, that the trial court rendered two separate corrected orders of revocation of probation based on its order granting Coellon-Roca's motion to correct sentencing error under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(b)(2). It appears that the second of these two corrected orders was mistakenly entered. Thus, we remand for the trial court to strike the second corrected order of revocation rendered on September 3, 2020.
Affirmed; remanded with instructions.
PER CURIAM.
CASANUEVA, ROTHSTEIN-YOUAKIM, and STARGEL, JJ., Concur.
