Earl Leon MURRAY, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).
Appellant is deemed insolvent and may proceed in forma pauperis for purposes of this cause.
Upon consideration, it is ordered that this appeal is hereby dismissed as legally insufficient. Should the pro se appellant wish to refile his claim, he must do so by filing a proper motion for post-conviction relief in the trial court, because he attempts to set forth a claim based on an alleged sentencing error.
EMAS, C.J., and SCALES and LOBREE, JJ., concur.
