While not entirely clear, it appears Petitioner seeks mandamus relief from this Court in the form of a writ issued to Petitioner's trial counsel (compelling Petitioner's trial counsel to deliver certain trial transcripts to Petitioner). We dismiss the pro se Petition for Writ of Mandamus, without prejudice to Petitioner seeking the appropriate relief in the lower court.
