K.F., Natural Father of O.J., minor child, Appellant, v. DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, Appellee.
Because March has 31 days, the notice of appeal filed April 8, 2021, seeking review of a final judgment rendered March 8, 2021, is one day late. Therefore, this Court is constrained to dismiss this appeal.
This dismissal is without prejudice to the Appellant's right to seek a belated appeal in the trial court. See In re B.H., 893 So. 2d 639, 640 (Fla. 2d DCA 2005).
Per Curiam.
Makar, M.K. Thomas, and Nordby, JJ., concur.
