Barron-Lunde, 290 So. 3d 565, 571 (Fla. 2d DCA 2020) (allowing discovery of financial records directly relevant to claims at issue in lawsuit); Nelson v. Womble, 657 So. 2d 1221, 1222 (Fla. 5th DCA 1995) (granting discovery where plaintiff put emotional condition at issue by claiming damages for infliction of mental anguish).
