Upon the Court's own motion, it is ordered that this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida, is dismissed for failure to comply with this Court's Order dated March 18, 2021, and with the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure.

Upon consideration of Appellee's Motion for Attorneys Fees, it is ordered that said Motion is granted, and the matter is remanded to the trial court for a determination pursuant to section 64.081, Florida Statutes. Appellee's Motion for Costs is hereby denied without prejudice to the filing of a timely and authorized motion with the trial court pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.400(a).

As the appeal in case no. 3D21-506 has been dismissed, this Court's prior Order consolidating this case with case no. 3D21-611 is no longer necessary. The appeal in case no. 3D21-611 remains pending and shall proceed, and all filings hereafter shall be under case no. 3D21-611.
