Jason C. TUREM, Appellant, v. FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, et al., Appellees.
Appellant Jason Turem appeals a nonfinal order denying temporary injunctive relief, denying appointment of counsel, and denying waiver of fees. We affirm the denial of temporary injunctive relief but dismiss the remainder of the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Saidin v. Korecki, 202 So. 3d 468, 470 (Fla. 1st DCA 2016) (“[O]ur jurisdiction to review non-final orders granting injunctive relief under rule 9.130(a)(3)(B) does not extend to afford review of certain other matters the non-final order addresses. Accordingly, Appellant's challenges to the non-injunctive portions of the order are dismissed as non-appealable, non-final rulings.” (citations omitted)).
Affirmed in part; Dismissed in part.
Per Curiam.
Bilbrey, Nordby, and Long, JJ., concur.
