Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Mandamus, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby dismissed pursuant to Logan v. State, 846 So. 2d 472 (Fla. 2003), and in addition, the contention that the charging document is too vague for him to mount a defense is not a proper subject for mandamus.
