COLUMBUS APARTMENTS, LLC, et al., Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. MJM STRUCTURAL CORP., etc., Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Appellee's Motion to Dismiss Appeal for Lack of Jurisdiction is granted, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida, is hereby dismissed.
Upon consideration of Appellee's motion for attorney's fees, it is ordered that said motion is hereby denied, as attorney's fees must be requested by filing a separate motion and not merely as a line request in a pleading. Appellee's motion for costs is hereby stricken, without prejudice to the timely filing of a motion pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.400(a) in the circuit court. See Garcia v. Collazo, 178 So. 3d 429, 430 (Fla. 3d DCA 2015).
LOGUE, MILLER and LOBREE, JJ., concur.
