J.B., The Father and S.B., The Grandmother, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, et al., Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).
Upon consideration, the appeal is dismissed. To the extent the appeal is taken from the county court order contained in the Initial Brief, this Court is without jurisdiction to review said order. Further, to the extent that J.B. seeks review of his request for placement of the child with the paternal grandmother, no order adjudicating that request has been filed with this Court, and thus any such appeal is premature. Finally, the paternal grandmother, Sherrie Brown, is not a party to the dependency proceeding below, see section 39.01(58), Florida Statutes, nor does she have standing to participate as a party in this appeal. See R.H. & B.H. v. Dep't of Children & Family Servs., 994 So. 2d 1153, 1155 (Fla. 3d DCA 2008); In re M.V.-B. v. Dep't of Children & Family Servs., 19 So. 3d 381, 383 (Fla. 2d DCA 2009).
EMAS, C.J., and GORDO and BOKOR, JJ., concur.
