John KIEDROWSKI III, Petitioner, v. STATE of Florida, Respondent.
The petition for belated appeal is STRICKEN as unauthorized. Mr. Kiedrowski seeks late review of an order on his request, filed in his closed criminal case, to order the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office to release certain body camera video. Such a motion is not authorized in a closed criminal proceeding, so the order is not an appealable order under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140(b). In turn, Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c) does not authorize the petition Mr. Kiedrowski has filed.
Per Curiam.
B.L. Thomas, Winokur, and Tanenbaum, JJ., concur.
