Roc Jovan LOPEZ, Appellant, v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee.
In this Anders 1 appeal, we affirm in all respects but remand for the circuit court to correct the scrivener's error in the judgment to reflect that the conviction for trespass in an occupied structure was a first-degree misdemeanor imposed pursuant to section 810.08(2)(b), Florida Statutes, rather than a first-degree felony pursuant to sections 810.02(2)(b) and 775.087, Florida Statutes.
Affirmed; remanded with instructions.
