Keith A. NORTON, Appellant, v. FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE and Karrin Ophelia Gregory, Appellees.
Keith Norton purports to appeal a final administrative support order rendered through the Department of Revenue's child support program on February 27, 2020. Norton filed his notice of appeal on April 14, 2020, so the Court issued an order to show cause why the appeal should not be dismissed as untimely.
We now grant Norton's motion for an extension of time to file a response to that show-cause order, and we note that Norton already filed his response.
The notice of appeal was untimely because it was not filed within 30 days of rendition of the administrative order to be reviewed; we lack jurisdiction. See § 409.2563(10), Fla. Stat.; § 120.68(2)(a), Fla. Stat.; see also Fla. R. App. P. 9.110(c).
Dismissed.
Per Curiam.
Makar, Jay, and Tanenbaum, JJ., concur.
