Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied. See Small v. State, No. 3D19-1667 (Fla. 3d DCA Apr. 29, 2020).
Petitioner Bruce L. Small is hereby ordered to show cause, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, as to why he should not be prohibited from submitting any further pro se filings with this Court relating to Circuit Court Case number: F04-35108. Absent a showing of good cause, the Clerk of the Third District Court of Appeal will be directed to refuse any paper(s) relating to Circuit Court Case number: F04-35108, unless it has been reviewed and signed by an attorney who is a duly licensed member of The Florida Bar in good standing. See State v. Spencer, 751 So. 2d 47 (Fla. 1999).
