Dyron LEWIS, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Department of Revenue, Child Support Program And Fayshon Monica Washington, Appellees.
Dyron Lewis appeals the corrected final administrative order of paternity and child support, pursuant to section 409.2563(10), Florida Statutes (2019). Pursuant to the Department's concession of error regarding its determination of the total retroactive child support, we reverse that portion of the administrative order and remand for recalculation giving credit for amounts previously paid by Mr. Lewis. In all other respects, the order on appeal is affirmed. See Standard v. State, Dep't of Revenue, 249 So. 3d 798 (Fla. 1st DCA 2018).
Affirmed in part, Reversed in part, and Remanded for correction.
