Jerome DICKEY, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.
We affirm the lower court's order on the merits. However, we remand for correction of a scrivener's error contained in Appellant's conviction for burglary of a dwelling while armed. See Boggs v. Wainwright, 223 So. 2d 316, 317 (Fla. 1969). The judgment and sentence identify this conviction as a life felony, rather than as a first-degree felony punishable by life. Appellant need not be present for the correction of the error.
