Nicholas SCHKRIOBA, Petitioner, v. STATE of Florida, Respondent.
Nicholas Schkrioba filed a petition for writ of certiorari and writ of prohibition seeking review of the denial of his motion to dismiss based upon the immunity provided in the “Stand Your Ground” law found in section 776.032, Florida Statutes (2019). We treat the petition as one for a writ of prohibition, see Lewis v. State, 251 So. 3d 310, 311 (Fla. 2d DCA 2018), and deny it.
Denied.
PER CURIAM.
BLACK and ROTHSTEIN-YOUAKIM, JJ., Concur. SALARIO, J., Dissents.
