The petition for writ of certiorari to review the opinion of the circuit court acting in its appellate capacity is denied. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.030(b)(2)(B); see also Allstate Ins. Co. v. Kaklamanos, 843 So. 2d 885, 889 (Fla. 2003).
The pending motions for judicial notice, filed on January 3 and 13, 2020, are denied as moot. Petitioner's motion to amend the certificate of service is denied as moot.
