The ALEXANDER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., Appellant, v. SOHO REALTY, LLC, Appellee.
In this interlocutory appeal, we affirm upon our determination that the order under review entered a preliminary injunction. The statement in the order under review that certain findings made in the course of the preliminary injunction hearings will have preclusive effect at trial is, itself, interlocutory and subject to change in the trial court as the case moves forward. In any event, such a ruling can be reviewed and remedied on appeal of the final judgment if and when appropriate.
