Christina PAYLAN, M.D., Appellant, v. Lyann GOUDIE, Esq. and Goudie & Kohn, P.A., Appellees.
Christina Paylan, M.D., challenges a nonfinal injunctive sanction order finding her to be a vexatious litigant and subject to prefiling requirements for future actions. We treat the notice of appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari, see Fla. R. App. P. 9.040(c) (“If a party seeks an improper remedy, the cause shall be treated as if the proper remedy had been sought ․”); Harris v. Gattie, 263 So. 3d 829, 830 (Fla. 2d DCA 2019) (treating notice of appeal of order forbidding Harris from filing further pro se papers in the case and any other future case as a petition for writ of certiorari), and we deny the petition.
Petition denied.
PER CURIAM.
CASANUEVA, LaROSE, and SMITH, JJ., Concur.
