ARLENE DELGADO, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. JASON MILLER, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
Upon consideration of pro se Petitioner's Motion for Clarification, Reconsideration, and Additional Relief, this Court withdraws its prior Order dated January 25, 2022. The Court hereby dismisses the pro se Petition for Writ of Certiorari for lack of jurisdiction, inasmuch as pro se Petitioner has failed to show a departure from the essential requirements of law that cannot be remedied on plenary appeal.
