JULIA HAYMES, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. KEITH HAYMES, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
The Court treats the Notice of Appeal in this case as a petition for writ of prohibition, and hereby denies said petition.
The Court grants Respondent's Motion to communicate copies of matters filed by pro se Petitioner to Respondent's proper email as set forth in that Motion.
The Court strikes pro se Petitioner's “Motion for Temporary Support, Time-Sharing, and Other Relief With Dependent or Minor Child(ren)” as unauthorized by the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure. Pro se Petitioner is cautioned that the filing of matters in this Court not authorized by the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, the entry of an order barring Petitioner from filing matters in this Court, unless signed by an attorney admitted to the Florida Bar, and the award of attorney's fees to opposing counsel.
All other pending Motions are hereby denied.
LOGUE, HENDON and LOBREE, JJ., concur.
