YILIAN QUINTANA RAMIREZ, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. THE STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
Upon consideration of pro se Appellant's Motion for Leave to File Initial Brief Out of Time, this Court notes that a diligent search has failed to disclose the filing of a notice of appeal in this Court or in the trial court. The Motion for Leave to File Initial Brief Out of Time is hereby denied, and this appeal is hereby dismissed without prejudice to pro se Appellant's right to file a petition seeking belated appeal. The petition shall comply with the requirements of Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c).
FERNANDEZ, C.J., and LOGUE and BOKOR, JJ., concur.
