Following review of the Petition for Writ of Certiorari, and the Response and Reply thereto, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied. The petition for writ of prohibition, sought as an alternative thereto, is also denied.
Upon consideration of the parties’ Motions for Attorney's Fees, it is ordered that both Motions are conditionally granted, pending the final resolution of the case below and a determination by the trial court.
