Appellant's motion to consolidate case 2D19-1786 with case 2D19-4176 is denied. In case 2D19-4176, Appellant seeks review of two orders entered by the postconviction court following its denial of Appellant's motion for postconviction relief. One of the orders, which the postconviction court entered on March 26, 2019, is included in the record in case 2D19-1786. The other order, which the postconviction court entered on October 8, 2019, is not included in the record in case 2D19-1786. On the court's own motion, the record in case 2D19-4176 shall be docketed in case 2D19-1786. Accordingly, case 2D19-4176 is hereby dismissed as duplicative of case 2D19-1786. However, within thirty days from the date of this order, Appellant may file a supplemental initial brief in which he may challenge the postconviction court's March 26, 2019, and October 8, 2019, orders. Appellee shall have thirty days from the date of service of the supplemental initial brief to file a supplemental answer brief.
