Anthony CHAMBERS, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. STATE of Florida, Appellee/Respondent(s).
The petition for belated appeal in case number 2D19-3342 is treated as a motion for reinstatement of the appeal in case number 2D19-1172 and granted. The May 9, 2019, order in 2D19-1172 is vacated. Appellant's appeal from his judgments and sentences rendered on February 27, 2019, in case numbers 2018-CF-11797-NC and 2018-CF-16239-NC will proceed under case number 2D19-1172. Because the appeal in case number 2D19-1172 is reinstated, the petition for belated appeal filed in case number 2D19-3342 is denied as moot
Within forty days from the date of this order, Appellant must comply with this court's March 27, 2019, order in case number 2D19-1172 directing him to satisfy the filing fee or the appeal will be dismissed without further notice.
Appellant's initial brief filed in case number 2D19-3342 is stricken without prejudice to file an initial brief in case number 2D19-1172 within thirty days of transmission of the record or designation of appointed counsel, neither of which has yet occurred. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.140(g)(1).
