The petition for belated appeal filed by Attorney Maria Dunker is granted to the extent that the notice of appeal in case number 2D18-4357 is amended to include the appeal of petitioner's judgment and sentence in case number 17-CF-3837A, rendered on October 9, 2018.

Attorney Maria Dunker shall supplement the record in case number 2D18-4357 to the extent necessary to prosecute the appeal of appellant's judgment and sentence in case number 17-CF-3837A. Attorney Megan Olson shall determine whether an amended initial brief should be filed to address appellant's appeal of the judgment and sentence in case number 17-CF-3837A and file a motion seeking such amendment if necessary.
