Upon consideration of the petition for writ of habeas corpus, and respondent's concession of error, it is hereby ordered as follows:
We grant the petition and quash the order below, but withhold formal issuance of the writ. The trial court shall immediately conduct a hearing to consider Alvarez's motion for bond or other conditions of pretrial release, make the necessary findings, and issue an order as may be appropriate.
This order shall become effective immediately, notwithstanding the filing of any motion for rehearing.
EMAS, C.J., and FERNANDEZ and MILLER, JJ., concur.
