Adriana CABRERA, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. Jacqueline QUINTANILLA, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s)
In this civil case, the trial court rendered the challenged order on May 16, 2019. Appellant Adriana Cabrera filed her Notice of Appeal on July 16, 2019, more than thirty (30) days after rendition of this order. Unless a notice of appeal is filed within thirty (30) days of the challenged order, this Court is without jurisdiction to adjudicate the appeal. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.110(b). This requirement is jurisdictional, and we do not have the discretion to waive it. See Medley Plaza, Inc. v. Rama Fund, LLC, 196 So. 3d 512 (Fla. 3d DCA 2016).
Appeal dismissed.
SCALES, GORDO and LOBREE, JJ., concur.
